The rental price of the car includes insurance. The car is insured on a VIP basis (This includes the driver & passengers, fire, riot, theft, and flooding). There is no other extra payment required for insurance.
However, there is a refundable deposit of MUR 20,000 to MUR 25,000 as guarantee in case of accident. This varies with car model and is refundable on drop off, if the car has not been damaged or accidented. The amount can be deposited in cash (MUR, EUR, USD, GBP) and refunded same on drop off day or the amount can be retained through a credit card by pre-auth mode.
Minor damages may be repairable at your expense without additional excess fees.
Insurance Exclusions: The insurance does not cover damage to tires, replacement keys, broken windows, side mirrors, or damage caused by a driver under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

A refundable security deposit policy varying between Rs 3000 to Rs 25,000 depending on the car model you go for may be applicable.
When dropping-off your vehicle after the rental period is over please ensure:
- Fuel level is same as when it was picked up.
- Car is returned in clean condition. If a car is returned and requires cleaning, a cleaning fee of Rs 300 will be applicable.
All vehicles must be picked up from our main office in The Vale or from La Croisette Shopping Mall in Grand Baie.
We may also drop & pick-up the car at your desired location at an additional fee.
For your peace of mind, all our cars are covered by a 24 hour, 7 days a week road-side assistance in the event of an accident or breakdown during your rental period.
